Return Policy

After 90 days all sales are final.


We cannot accept any returns on bullets or ammunition.


Per Streamight, we cannot accept any returns past 30 days; after which, all sales are final. For warranty issues, items can still be sent directly to the manufacturer.

DVDs, CDs and SD Cards

DVDs, CDs and SD cards may only be returned if still in the sealed package.

Optics and Firearms

All optics and firearms will be sent to the manufacturer first for inspection before the return will be finalized. If the item is repaired and returned to us, we will be returning the item back to you at your expense and credit will not be issued.

Tactical Sharpshooter does not cover carrier errors, or postal/shipping theft. We suggest that you add a signature requested for delivery on higher priced orders.

Damaged Merchandise

Upon inspection, if the returned merchandise has been misused or abused by the consumer, the return will be refused and credit will not be issued. You will also absorb the return shipping cost.

Return to Sender Fee

A $20.00 (Return to Sender) RTS fee will be deducted from your credit/refund for any packages returned to Tactical Sharpshooter due to a bad address, undeliverable address, or customer refused to accept delivery.  Shipments refused due to damages will not receive the RTS fee. However, a claim with the carrier will need to be completed before credit is issued. (please see damaged in transit section of policy).

Damaged in Transit

If you receive packages damaged in shipment, keep all the packaging and take pictures of the damages.  Do not refuse the shipment.

Please call or email Tactical Sharpshooter customer service immediately at (508-233-3232) or ( and we will file a claim with the carrier.  Failure to follow this policy is subject to a 10% fee.
